gbage Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gbage website, platform, and all services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gbage Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on gbage, regardless of the device used to access the Platform. gbage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the gbage Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. gbage reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not qualify.

  Minimum Age — 21+

  You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. gbage enforces this requirement rigorously. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any real money balance will be returned to the payment method used to fund the account; any bonus funds will be forfeited.

  One Account Per Person

  Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the gbage Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If gbage identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

  Accurate Information

  You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

  No Prohibited Jurisdictions

  You must not access or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is solely your responsibility to determine the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before using gbage. gbage does not accept liability for use of the Platform in breach of local laws.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access any real-money feature of the Platform, you must complete the gbage registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to your account at all times.

  Account Credentials

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gbage will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  Identity Verification (KYC)

  gbage may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

  Account Suspension and Closure

  gbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, multi-accounting, chargebacks, underage gambling, or technical abuse. Where an account is closed for a breach, any real money balance may be forfeited subject to applicable law.

  Dormant Accounts

  An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. gbage may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified in advance before any inactivity fee is deducted. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gbage Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

gbage does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Any funds received from an account that does not match the registered player name will be returned and the associated gbage account may be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent payment attempts will be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

gbage offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

  Eligibility for Bonuses

  Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the conditions specified in the relevant offer. Bonuses are generally limited to one per player per promotion, unless otherwise stated. gbage reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it.

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the offer. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the applicable time limit will be forfeited automatically.

  Bonus Abuse

  Any attempt to abuse gbage's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to extract value from promotions — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

  Free Spins

  Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the offer. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the offer.

7. Responsible Gaming

gbage is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes tools to help players manage their gambling activity. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbage Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  Fraud and Chargebacks

  Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials is prohibited. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that was legitimately processed by gbage is prohibited and will result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

  Collusion and Match Fixing

  Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit game mechanics, or place bets on events that have been manipulated constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. gbage uses monitoring systems to detect collusion and betting patterns inconsistent with legitimate play.

  Automated Play and Software Abuse

  The use of bots, automated scripts, software tools, or any artificial means to play games or interact with the Platform is prohibited. gbage's game integrity systems monitor for non-human play patterns and will flag accounts suspected of automation for review and potential closure.

  Money Laundering

  The gbage Platform must not be used for any money laundering activity or for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds. gbage complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbage Platform — including but not limited to the gbage brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and promotional materials — is the property of gbage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gbage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

gbage's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your real money balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gbage collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gbage uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform servers. gbage does not sell or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, gbage will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
